Project Management Department

Tasha Project management department is responsible to coordinate all project activities including engineering, procurement, fabrication, test & inspection to meet project requirements and client’s contractual expectation. Project managers expertly manage on-time and in-budget delivery of the orders.
They monitor and control all activities according to project time schedule and report relevant progress to clients periodically, during this phase, project managers may require to adjust project schedule or do what is necessary to keep the project on track.
